The journey starts in Islamabad and includes a mountain view flight to Skardu, followed by a drive to Hushey and a trek to the base camp of Laila Peak.

Prepare for the trekking expedition ahead.

Day 3Sightseeing & Preparation in Skardu

Day of leisure for sightseeing in Skardu.
Visit local attractions like Skardu Fort, Shangrila Resort, and Upper Kachura Lake.
Finalize preparations for the trek, last-minute shopping for essentials.

Day 4Drive to Hushey

Drive along the Mighty Indus and Shyok River to the lush green Khaplu Valley, reaching Hushey, a traditional Balti village. Spend your first night in a tent under the stars.

Day 5Trek to Saicho

Begin the trekking part of the expedition, walking to Saicho, a scenic location in the Hushey Valley.

Day 6Trek to Base Camp

Trek to the Base Camp of Laila Peak, located at 4,535 meters. Set up camps and commence the non-guided climbing session with experienced staff, including guides and chefs.

Day 7-17Acclimatization & Climbing

Acclimate to the altitude and engage in the climbing period. Enjoy nutritious meals prepared by the chefs, essential for outdoor sports.

Day 18Trek back to Saicho

Descend from the Base Camp to Saicho, retracing your steps in the Hushey Valley.

Day 19Trek back to Hushey

Continue the trek back to Hushey, concluding the climbing phase of the expedition.

Day 20Drive back to Skardu

Drive back to Skardu via Khaplu Valley, marveling at the scenic landscapes along the way.

Day 21Flight back to Islamabad
