Day 2Spectacular Flight to Skardu

  • Board a scenic flight to Skardu, a mesmerizing journey with views of K2 and Nanga Parbat.
  • Arrive in Skardu and check into your hotel.
  • Explore Skardu Bazar, a bustling market offering mountaineering gear and local crafts.
  • Prepare for the trekking expedition ahead.

Day 3Sightseeing & Preparation in Skardu

  • Day of leisure for sightseeing in Skardu.
  • Visit local attractions like Skardu Fort, Shangrila Resort, and Upper Kachura Lake.
  • Finalize preparations for the trek, last-minute shopping for essentials.

Day 4Drive to Askoli

  • Travel by jeep to Askoli, the last village before entering the wilderness.
  • Drive through picturesque landscapes, witnessing the transition from urban to remote wilderness.
  • Arrive in Askoli and set up camp under the stars for the night.

Day 5-95-9: Trek to Khoburste

  • Embark on the trekking journey, walking through Braldu Gorge towards the snout of the Baltoro Glacier.
  • Trekking through Korfong, Bardunmal, Paju, and Khoburste campsites.
  • Experience the changing landscapes, from lush valleys to rugged terrains.
  • Acclimatization and rest day at Urdokus (D-10).

Day 11-14Trek to K2 Base Camp

  • Continue the trek to Goro II and then to Concordia, a breathtaking meeting point of glaciers.
  • Trek to Broad Peak Base Camp and finally reach the K2 Base Camp.
  • Set up tents at K2 Base Camp for the climbing period.
  • Begin the climbing and acclimatization period, aiming for the summit of K2.

Day 15-55Climbing & Acclimatization Period

  • Engage in climbing activities, navigating challenging terrains and obstacles.
  • Acclimatize at different altitudes, ensuring readiness for the summit push.

  • Summit attempts and descent back to K2 Base Camp.

Day 56-61Return Trek and Drive to Skardu

  • Begin the return trek, retracing your steps through Khoburste, Paju, Jhola, and Askoli.

  • Arrive in Skardu and relax after the trekking expedition.
